Namche offers a wide array of lodges, tea shops, and souvenir markets, so take some time to explore the local shops and perhaps find some unique souvenirs to commemorate your trek. Interacting with the locals and fellow trekkers in the teahouses can also be a rewarding experience, as you get to exchange stories and learn more about the region.

One highly-recommended activity for this rest day is a short one-hour walk up to the Everest View Hotel, which is located above Namche. The hotel's name says it all – it offers breathtaking views of some of the most notable peaks in the Everest region, including Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and, of course, the majestic Mount Everest itself. Standing at the hotel's vantage point, you'll be treated to a panoramic spectacle that will leave you in awe of the Himalayan beauty.

On the seventh day, we will be marching through the historical trading route used by Sherpas for trade. We will connect with Thame through the route which stands at 3,820 meters in height. We will leave Namche Bazaar very early and finally rest at the accommodation of Thame.

Today we will make the most out of our Thame exploration which includes the tour of the famous Thame Monastery as well that stands tall above a gorgeous village from where we can enjoy the view of the astounding Sumdur peak. The day is going to be very fruitful and awesome.

Today we will be retracing back to Monjo at 2,850 meters from Thame as we slowly move towards the end of our amazing Thame comfort trek. We will be comfortable staying at the accommodation of Monjo and then prepare for the next day’s trek.

This day which is the tenth day is our last day of trekking which leads us all the way to Lukla situated at an elevation of 2800 meters all the way from Monjo. We stay at Lukla and enjoy our final time in the region before catching up on the next morning’s flight.
